GAP scales and renews its ACA certifications in 2022

Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacifico (GAP) in Mexico successfully concluded the ACA 2022 certification and renewal process for its 12 Mexican airports.

 

The Level 3 certification of the airports of Guadalajara, Aguascalientes and Puerto Vallarta stands out, being the first in Mexico to reach this level of the program, which integrates the inventory of third parties, as well as the development of a carbon management and stakeholder engagement plans.

 

Likewise, the airports of Los Mochis, Hermosillo, Guanajuato, La Paz, Los Cabos and Tijuana were certified to Level 2, as well as a renewal to Level 1 of the airports of Manzanillo, Morelia and Mexicali.

 

The entire process took about 6 months, involving an on-site verification phase by SGS Peru.
