Environmental and Sustainability Policy 2026

At Enerion Renewables S.r.l., operating under the trade name Enerion Global, we recognize environmental protection, sustainability and climate action as fundamental elements of our strategy and operations.

We integrate these principles into the way we operate and create value, seeking to reduce our environmental impacts and contribute to the transition towards low-carbon development models, consistently with the principles we promote through our services.

To this end, we undertake the following commitments:

• Protect the environment and prevent pollution, by managing the environmental aspects and impacts associated with our activities and seeking to prevent, reduce and control their potential adverse effects.
• Comply with applicable legal and other requirements related to our activities, services and environmental commitments.
• Progressively manage and reduce our greenhouse gas emissions, by promoting energy efficiency, emissions reduction and the responsible use of resources. Where appropriate, we will consider offsetting controlled emissions that cannot be avoided, prioritizing high-integrity carbon removal projects, including those in which Enerion is directly involved.
• Promote the efficient use of resources, including energy, water, materials and other inputs, as well as the prevention, reduction and appropriate management of the waste generated.
• Reduce the impacts associated with mobility and travel, by favoring remote work and virtual meetings when compatible with the objectives of our services and by efficiently planning necessary travel.
• Incorporate environmental criteria into our decisions, including, where relevant, the selection of suppliers, products and services.
• Promote the environmental integrity of climate solutions that we develop, manage or support, encouraging traceability, transparency, appropriate quantification and the application of recognized methodologies and standards in carbon quantification, reduction and removal projects.
• Promote awareness and participation among our personnel, strengthening a culture of environmental and climate responsibility.
• Establish and review environmental objectives, indicators and programs consistent with our context, significant environmental aspects, identified risks and opportunities, applicable requirements and the organization's strategic direction.
• Continuously improve our environmental performance and management practices, through the monitoring, evaluation and periodic review of our results.

This policy applies to the activities and services performed by Enerion Global and provides a framework of reference for its directors, personnel and other persons acting on behalf of the organization.

Enerion Global's Management is committed to providing the leadership and resources necessary, within the organization's scope and capabilities, to implement this policy and achieve the established environmental objectives.

This policy will be communicated, implemented, maintained and made available to interested parties. It will also be reviewed periodically to ensure its continued suitability and relevance to Enerion Global's purpose, context, activities and commitments.
